Tahnee L. Wilder, born in South Florida with Haitian and Filipino heritage, is a seasoned speech-language pathologist with 15 years of experience. She is skilled in various therapeutic interventions to improve communication and cognitive abilities in adults and children.
Holding a Ph.D. in Exceptional Education from the University of Central Florida with a focus on Cognitive Neuroscience, Tahnee is a Technology Enhanced Learning Enabled by Partner Organizations, Research, & Teaching Success (TELEPORTS) Fellow, where projects focus on technology-enhanced solutions to improve the accessibility of curricular materials for a diverse range of learners Fellow dedicated to using technology to enhance educational accessibility.
Her dissertation, "Exploring Self-Regulation Strategies During Online Interviewing In College Students with ADHD," yielded significant findings that enhance our understanding of self-regulation in virtual settings, offering valuable insights for teaching methods, policy development, and inclusive practices.
Her research foci underscore her commitment to leveraging technology to enhance educational accessibility for diverse learner populations. Her work focuses on impacting the lives of historically marginalized individuals and fostering growth, understanding, and inclusion in every community she serves.
